They have made the whole daunting process of arranging supervised contact so much easier. Shannon has been very helpful and amenable from the start, and has made me feel at ease entirely. Marni is incredible at her job, exponentially thorough in her reports and does not miss a trick. I am glad Family Ties operate locally in the South West, as the alternative company does not seem to have such a reputation."
"Easy enough to get to. Parking is at best marginal, public car park is opposite. Local amenities are pretty woeful so if your a parent and have to wait eg travel time is problematic that is a challenge. Although the Range is near by and has a decent cafe. Toby carvery is also a winner. Theres a very good cafe near enough next door though a little pricey if your there every week. As for the centre... its above a bakery with access from a side door to the side of the property - there is minimal parking adjacent. Ringing the bell does get a quick reply whether dropping off or picking up. Staff for the most part are friendly enough and engage with the child. They appear to be taking on more clients so dont be surprised if their busy and your waiting a sort time. Unfortunately with poor weather, theres no shelter nearby so its worth bearing in mind a brolly - this is no fault of the centre. Staff do write detailed reports, from the drop off to the pick up point. These reports are usually sent prior to the next session. If you need the report quickly its worth sending a message request."
