"In a time where so few people are well trained and lots of F&b businesses are looking for staff, this venue gave us a brilliant meal with A class service from Nicky and every single member of her team. Service means everything to me and you will go hard to find a better staff than here. We have 5 well fed and watered happy bunnies. Thank you and well done! Even under the pressure of a busy night, you were all Excellent! Jimmy"
"Was an impromptu visit. Managed to get a table without issue. Sadly quite a lot of things were unavailable. We went for burgers in the end. The burgers themselves were great it's just a shame that bar a handful of chips you don't get anything else with it. Would expect a side salad or something for the price. Service was great, Manager very accommodating and friendly."
"We had a very enjoyable festive meal today. The food was excellent value for money and was delicious. I think whoever puts the menus together actually thinks hard about what the customer wants and has used so much imagination. We were so amused at the childrens menu. The staff always look after us really well and we wish them all a very Happy Christmas"
"A Brewers Fayre restaurant next to Premier Inn. Set slightly off the A38 on the road to Bristol, a few miles before the airport. The entry road is a bit narrow, so it's worth taking it slowly as you go in. There are several small parking places, so don't be too put off if the first one is full. Although it is technically accessible for those with reduced mobility, there are several slopes which could make it difficult to get access. The food is the standard menu, but I will say that it was all very well presented and cooked. They had a good range of drinks, and overall, it was well worth the price. The restaurant had a better atmosphere than a few other Brewers Fayre that we've been to; which possibly explains why it was so busy. All in all, a very enjoyable visit."
"Main entrance hsd people smoking both on entrering and leaving the building. The building itself is very impressive however once inside the vibe was very tired decor and run down something of an 80s look. The menu was basically fast food. I ordered a curry and it arrived looking like a bowl of soup. The chicken in it tasted very synthetic I wouls say something of a 40% chicken content and 60% rubber or similar. Staff were a bit serious but ok. Would I return again it's a definite no from me very disappointed"
