"Staff were very short and snappy. Not at all helpful with the item either... I wasn't asked if I wanted help to carry out the furniture which was heavy nor was it put onto sack trucks. It was just dumped on top of the side for me to struggle out with! I went to the yeovil store earlier on in the day and nothing was too much trouble for them so I'd suggest going there if you want to collect anything you'll get far better service"

"My sister went in to buy a fridge freezer at the weekend, we chose one and it said it was available for delivery. So we went up to pay, gave the address and they said it was unavailable. Did this about three times in total. So went back got a selection of 3 to try and the first one was available to deliver on Monday. Bought this one and thought it was all fine, got a message saying to contact Argos as there was an issue. Contacted them and they said there was an issue and it would take almost a month to be delivered. So my sister bought a fridge freezer elsewhere and got it the same day with no issues. Will be getting a refund and not buying from there again. Once or twice is fine to have an issue, everyone makes mistakes. However we spoke to 2 people (one being the manager) and we still had problems. Will not recommend at all."
