"Duration of my stay: 1 month. Fraser sat a new lowest level of accommodation: forced to preparing food on the floor, not being able to take a shower, no electricity, and not even toilet papers... These are only a small part of the list of problems. The electricity in the kitchen didn't work. Hence, for a month we had to put things like out toaster and kettle on the floor, to plug them in the electricity. They said that they gave an extension cable, but this was exactly 20cm long... there's no way it could reach any table - so still cooking on the floor. For a whole month, no one cares to fix the problem. The water in the shower was ice cold. After a week someone came to repare it (one week of ice cold shower - usually we'll just skip shower, as it is too cold). However, 1.5-2 weeks after repairing the shower, the problem came back. No one replied when I informed them about it, until the day I left. On the day I left they sent me a message: "This problem had already been repaired" - they completely ignored the problem returned. This meant that for about half of our stay, we sometimes boiled water from the kettle (on the floor), so we could take a shower. Just funny how rediculous it was. It obviously didn't end there. No toilet paper, cleaning, lights and electricity... This article to be continued."

"Upgraded to the penthouse suite for free and complimentary prosecco waiting. The penthouse has amazing views and a huge balcony. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Great location. Very clean and tidy. Staff nice. Definitely recommend"

Everyone takes extra care that your stay at the residence is a fantastic experience from the beginning to the end and it is not forced, people are naturally nice and very professional. The rooms are very well cleaned. The flats are very well maintained. I highly recommend that place and especially for people on business trip."

"Very comfortable, executive apartment. Well appointed and accessable. Only down side is that it's right next door to the club/bar Dirty Martini. There was lots of commotion/noise and shouting till in excess of 3am. I was on the fourth floor and it was very audible. I stayed on a Friday night."

"The room was excellent. Comfortable living area and good sized bedroom. The pillows were a little hard though. And unfortunately the elevator was broken when I visited and my room was on the 4th floor. But it wasn't a long climb. I'll definitely use this apartment again for my next business trip to London."
