"Wonderful experience from start to finish. Upon arrival and to the last second we checked out, staff, stay, suite, building, location was amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and Sofitel at St James is my first choice hotel for when we next stay in London."

"Our stay was incredible. We stayed at Sofitel St. James for 3 nights and everything was so nice. Above and beyond anything we expected. We were celebrating our anniversary and they celebrated us so well - champagne, desserts, rose petals - the works! The staff was extremely kind throughout the entire property! Knowledgeable of the area & times of events, so helpful, & kind. The Rose Lounge, St. James Bar & Wild Honey Restaurant also had wonderful staff along with delicious meals. The property was centrally located to so many popular attractions. I would go back to London to stay here again. Thank you for making our 1st time to London extremely memorable."

"If I could give more than five stars I definitely would. We stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and what a pleasant surprise, our room was decorated with rose petals and a delicious dessert. The breakfast buffet was great, the almond croissant is to die for, beats the croissants I've had in Paris. The hospitality the staff showed was beyond measure. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit London."

"Stayed at the Sofitel for 3 nights last week. Upon arrival we were told an early check-in would be a top priority and will hear back. We arrived at the hotel around 9am, check-in was at 3pm. I received a text message around 2:30pm telling me my room was ready... clearly not a priority as I was told. Disappointed in the size of the room with the two beds. Very small and the beds were put together, so we had to separate the two smalls beds each night. The breakfast was decent, however overpriced and one morning my credit card was double charged."
