"I wanted to check in and tried to reach someone several times. At some point it finally worked. I was told on the phone to wait 20 minutes. After 50 minutes I called several times until I reached someone. I was then told to wait another 15 minutes without an apology. Unfortunately, 15 minutes became 40 minutes again. In the end, a bad-tempered employee finally came and complained directly why we hadn't paid directly when booking. I then asked him if it wasn't normal to apologize if you were late. Then he said he had a lot to do and didn't have time. I should pay in advance without having entered the building. Finally, after a short discussion, he left."
