"The apartment is AMAZING! I have stayed in several occasions in the top floor (4th floor) and I absolutely love it! The room is very spacious and the bed is big and comfortable. I always woke up well rested. The living and the distribution is nice and neat, with the sofa next to the window to enjoy the sun. The kitchen has all I needed for cooking. And the best of all is the balcony!! It has a table to have breakfast and if it is sunny is just the best way to start your day. In terms of street noise, I was doubting if I could hear anything, but as I was told, I could not hear any noise! Thank you for the apartment and for the communication! I have been in touch 24/7 and I have asked for advice on where to go or eat, and I always was helped. I will definitely come back again soon!"

"I went with my partner in early December last year, and we were super comfortable. The location was amazing. The apartment was very well equipped, it had practically everything automatic and there was even Netflix. The bed was huge. The views also from the terrace were fantastic, we could see the skyline of london. The treatment of the staff was also great. I would certainly repeat if I ever go back to London."

"I booked one of these apartments through Airbnb. The photos looked amazing and the host was friendly. Initially. However when we arrived we were greeted with lots of issues that were obviously cropped out of the photos. The host was initially helpful but then became defensive and was very nasty via Airbnb messaging. After my 8 year old son and I left to go to a hotel (the street/nearby pub noise was unbearable) the host has put a false review under my name on Airbnb saying that I brought a group of people who partied and had someone who was aggressive towards the host? It was literally myself and my 8 year old son were the only ones who stayed there? Not to mention I didn’t meet the host? I have reported Pery to Airbnb for breaching terms and conditions by falsifying a review in retaliation for my bad experience."
