"An absolutely stunning hotel. A beautiful, old, huge building with so much history. The bars, corridors and reception are all cavernous, well decorated and lovely. I particularly adored the rooms. I had a suite that was larger than my flat. It was both elegant and cosy, with plush interiors and a rich decor. I felt so comfortable here. I really enjoyed both the bars I visited. The space is huge so there is lots of entertainment to choose from. Quiet at night with soft beds and a decent breakfast. I'm definitely keen to go back."

"Nice big rooms. Very clean. Great wellness area. Unfortunately, our room window was above a generator system that was very loud and ran all day and night. So, unfortunately, a good night's sleep was out of the question. The pillows were too hard for me and uncomfortable"

"We attended a training session here at Home House, which was exquisite. Home House is a huge building and I initially entered via the main entrance on the square, only to be told I had to go in another door around the corner. The entrance via that door wasn’t as ‘grand’ as the main reception, and my expectations were quite low. But the room we had our training in was absolutely stunning! The whole style was very much ‘shabby chic’ and it was love at first sight for me. The room and tables were dressed beautifully, and the Afternoon Tea was delicious. Staff were lovely and attentive too. This was definitely one of my favourite venues I’ve attended for training."
