"I would rate this hotel 4 stars and not 5. The services were limited and the bar seemed more hip than having a true mixologist. Stayed for 2 nights and they messed up my room (I guess the floor was undergoing maintenance) and required me to move the next day. My first room was at the elevator (I had put away from the elevator). They did not offer any means of an apology for the inconvenience, just “I’m sorry”. There are other 5 star hotels you might consider first. The breakfast was the best part"
"Decent place, but I expected a bit more from a five-star hotel. Room was small, it smelled funny, like the window hadn`t been opened for a night or so. Its near the places we wanted to visit and we barely stayed inside so it was bearable. Staff were okay."
"The worst hospitality ever I had experienced in London. This evening, The Concierge manger Ricardo Figueiredo has told us to get out of the hotel for no reason as we came to have a coffee in the lobby, he told us to leave the hotel immediately after we were checking if there’s a table available or we will wait, he just said there’s no tables (and he is a concierge manager as he said) and he didn’t let us speak to the host/lobby manager telling us he’s busy, we are waiting for him but he ask us to leave. Hotels supposed to be welcoming for their guests, smiling and helping them, but it was such a rude way to treat us in front of the guests and unwelcoming. Previously I have heard that the staff of the hotel is not welcoming but now I have experienced it."
