B+B Belgravia

"I had requested a ground floor room due to mobility issues when I booked. I was told none were available as someone had booked it the day before. The receptionist checked my booking and saw that I had booked a month ago. Oh we missed that! So after struggling up 2 flights of stairs I arrive to a very small room with yet more steps to the bathroom. My breakfast was included in the room cost. Very poor- There was slices of bread, small plastic packs of cheese, manky fruit. There was cereal but no bowls. Then I tried to blow dry my hair. The only mirror was in the bathroom not visible from the bedroom where plugs are situated. Plus bathroom door only opens slightly far as a shelf behind door. The radiator would not turn off and the window would not open. The pillows were thin and hard and smelt unpleasant. Just very far below average."

"Great location and service. However, rooms are small, basic and very loud. Over my four nights there I wasn’t able to get a single full night of continuous sleep."

"This place is perfect for staying in London. You can walk to most places you want to see or easily catch public transport nearby. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. The breakfast is great, limited but enough. They even had gluten free options. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here as I will certainly stay again."

"Used to be a great to place to stay. But after change of ownership I cannot recommend at all anymore. We stayed in the "family room" that is in the basement just below the breakfast room. From 6 a.m. it was impossible to sleep as the noise from the breakfast room right above is too much. Also the walls and ceiling were full of mold: Disgusting and unhealthy. The hotel did not offer anything to do about this compensation. We will never come back and cannot recommend at all."

"This hotel is located in Belgravia, one of the more expensive areas of London and room prices were quite steep. I had a studio, which offered a lot of space, but was basic, a bit dated and in need of a refresh. Breakfast was included and everything that you would need was found in the fridge. Soggy toast anyone? While I cannot fault the hotel for trying, I think they can do way better. For example, when I entered reception I was greeted by stale air, something that is so easily avoided."
