"We have returned from our 3 night stay at The Guardsman and cannot recommend it enough. It was absolutely incredible. My husband had the best time celebrating his birthday in London and to stay at this wonderful hotel was the icing on the cake. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to help. We had a lovely and comfortable room. The place is close to so many attractions and there are so many amazing restaurants nearby. We will definitely come back here . I can’t think of anything negative to say the whole experience was so positive. Thank you so much to all the staff at the hotel, you are all fantastic!"

"Absolutely loved staying at the Guardsman. Fantastic central location in Westminster, in a very well-appointed hotel. Rooms were a little small - but not problematically so - and being a new hotel the fit out was exceptionally comfortable and stylish. Super comfortable bed. The crew on the front desk were particularly accommodating and did everything possible to make the stay memorable. This hotel was a great find. Highly recommended!"

"We had a flying visit of 1 night this weekend, and I wasn't sure what to expect as 5 stars can mean a lot of different things when it comes to London! It was absolutely lovely, the moment you walk through the door the staff are so incredibly attentive and accommodating. We really enjoyed the opportunity to relax after our journey with a complementary drink in their lovely quiet lounge whilst our bags were taken up and room checked. They took extra care to show us to our room and explain its features, which you don't always get when staying in larger hotels. Really wished we had the opportunity to stay longer and enjoy some of the facilities they had there. The location and transport links are excellent if you are moving around central London. There was some construction work going on outside our window, which was a shame for the view but honestly we never heard a noise, and didn't detract from it at all. The rooms are a little on the smaller side, but totally normal for London, and they really made the space work. The complementary items in the room included bottled water, teas and coffee and chilled milk from the minibar. And as a nice change, all were excellent, instead of the usual sachets and longline milk you get elsewhere! There was no bath in the room we stayed in, but it had a great shower with the option of standard head or the waterfall type, and a thoughtful selection of toiletries. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Actually felt sad we couldn't have stayed longer."

"Very nice boutique hotel. It’s very close to Buckingham Palace and more importantly parks - Green, St James, and Hyde). Quite close to tube stations. There is some construction outside the hotel but I never heard it and it didn’t impact me. The room is good sized, not huge but everything you need. The bathroom is small, but wonderful shower (great water pressure) and the heaters floors are nice. I love the tv/mirror but only a few channels come in without connection issues. There is a coffee maker in the room (including milk in the mini refrigerator). There is a small restaurant and bar in the hotel. The welcome drink was a pleasant surprise! The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet (in a good way). Overall we had a very nice stay at The Guardsman and would be happy to return."
