"We chose this hotel due to its location and it certainly didn't disappoint. The room and bathroom are small so if you are looking for comfort, this place is not it. The staff are outstanding. Great customer service all around. The rooms are clean but outdated. Keep in mind, no elevators. Breakfast was given every morning on a bag with crossaint, fruits, yogurt and granola bar. Plenty of leftover. I would stay again at this hotel."

"Great location, friendly staff. But a room on the 4th floor and no elevator was not for me. Especially when carrying a suitcase. The room was very small, couldn’t walk around the bed. The bed was ok for one night, after that I would have felt the mattress springs too much. The room was noisy, could hear the neighbours talk and the sound of their tv. Hardly any noise from outside though. We didn't use the shower, it didn't look very attractive, lots of calcium on the shower head. Breakfast was included. It was in a bag at reception. A bit strange if this was still because of covid."

"Great Stay in London! Perfect location just few minutes walk from Paddington Station. There are many shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. Our room was small and the bathroom even smaller but everything was clear. Continenal Breakfast was served in a bag to eat in the room. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"Great location - 3min walk from Paddington Station. Bed was very comfy and was quiet at night even with window open. Staff very helpful. Only issue was bathroom - shower not great and toilet seat moved. For price and location - would recommend ."

"Exactly what I needed at the right price. Really helpful staff who went the extra mile when I made a mistake - got me sorted and had a good sleep before my flight from heathrow in the morning. Good clean rooms with relatively modern bathrooms and plenty of space. The stairs would make it difficult for anyone who has mobility issues, but they were very helpful and friendly so maybe there's some accomodation that can be made around lower-floor rooms The only downside was that it hasn't been updated in a while, it could do with a lick of paint and (e.g.) repair to the towel rail in the loo in my room to just smarten it up. However at this price point it was well above expectations. Breakfast was a take-away affair which was handy as I was rushing out early"
