"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kimpton. One two pleasant surprises were the daily 5pm free social happy hour for guests only. Because it’s a hotel you get to meet a lot of interesting people around the world. Another benefit was the card in the bathroom of, if you forgot shaving cream, toothpaste, etc you can request to have some. The staff was very nice. My wife and I will return. The hotel is in a prime location, next to the tube (subway), and easy walking distance to a lot of shops. Highly recommend!"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The interior is very nice and the exterior is gorgeous. Booking with AMEX gets you a room upgrade and some other perks. The food options are also quite good. My only qualm was that the breakfast selection and quality was underwhelming. Good area to see many tourist attractions and was very walkable. The building is obviously old and unique but the room was extremely clean. Demographic seems to be older."

"Stayed at the Kimpton Fitzroy over Christmas in a Superior King Room. We requested a cot bed for our toddler, and the room was more than big enough to accommodate us all. They also included a special amenity kit for our child with toiletries and crayons, which was a lovely surprise. The bathrooms were spacious, lovely and clean. We ate at Burr & Co for dinner, which was really great. The service was fabulous and the food was delicious. After the hustle and bustle of a full day in London, the Kimpton Fitzroy was an oasis of calm and beauty. We enjoyed unwinding with a pot of tea in the conservatory area/lounge. It was quiet and beautiful. We will definitely be staying here on future trips to London, and I would heartily recommend anyone stay at the Kimpton Fitzroy London."

"Amazing hotel. I can’t comment on prices because I was there on a business trip and the company negotiated a great prices for us. It is a gorgeous , super spacious hotel, with a great patio and a few dining options (the breakfast one is a waste of time and money). The service is great,I had a few packages delivered to the hotel and the concierge kept them and brought them to my room. Room was very big, but the bath room was u proportionally small. Specifically the shower is so close to the toilet, you literally bump into it when you open the shower door. Strange. They have so much space in the room they should have designed it differently. Nice amenities, I have seen better. But overall a good experience."

"Where do I begin? This hotel exceeded my and my husbands expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and I would even go as far to say opulent. When we arrived we were put in and ADA queen room. I didn’t think much of it, but my husband checked our original reservation and we had booked a superior king room with a park view. He went down to let them know about the mix up. Doreen helped to sort everything out and to make up for the error, comped us a suite. We have never felt so cared for in the hospitality realm as we did from Doreen and the rest of the staff at Kimpton Fitzroy. We will always always stay here when we visit London going forward as a result of her and her teams exceptional service. As far as we are concerned, this is the best hotel in London. I would also like to say that every staff member at this hotel was exceptional from the door man to concierge to management. They know what they’re doing here."
