"This is the only vet I truly trust. I can't understand the reviews where people say they are only after money because in all the years I and also my mother, have visited this vet we have always received the best advice and treatment and they have often chose the cheapest option and what was best for my animal. Without going into to much information a dog, I had years ago, had issues and they advised us of the cheapest option which would benefit my dog. Recently I had to take my other dog to an emergency vet, who wanted to take my dog in, there and then, and perform lots of tests and an operation. I stated I would prefer my own vet to check her. I took her to the lodge where Catherine knew exactly what was wrong with my dog and gave the best advice which was most beneficial to her and she is recovering well. If we went with the emergency vet we may have lost her as they wanted to do a longer, more expensive, unnecessary procedure and as she is 15, may not have survived a long operation but would have still had to pay. So many times they have gone above and beyond. One of the staff even offered to drop my mom's pet home after treatment, during the lockdown so she did not have to pay more money for an animal taxi. Absolutely brilliant service and caring people."
