"The team at this hotel from the top down are high quality, friendly and professional. Also the hotel is well maintained, looks great and is a very good location for a business event. During the challenging times of 2020 and 2021, Woodland Grange allowed my wife's dance school to hold classes there, (as a paying customer), because the secondary school my wife usually held classes in was not allowing hiring due to their own COVID regulations. Venues were extremely tough to find during those times, and without Woodland Grange, many local children would not have been able to carry on dancing during those years. This investment by the team at Woodland Grange in local children, who had such a hard time during 2020/21, should never be underestimated and will never be forgotten. Thank you to everyone at Woodland Grange, from the bottom of our hearts, from everyone at Eclipse Dance."

"A really nice clean hotel with very friendly helpful staff. The only reason I docked it a star was because I found the food quality variable. I stayed for two days and I wondered whether there were different chefs on duty. However this wouldn't stop me going again, it is a super venue for a conference"

"What a pleasure - all the staff with no exception were friendly, helpful and lovely to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Great venue for conferences. I would just improve signage for the hotel when approaching from the A46 as the hotel signs aren't visible on approaching the roundabout."

"I visited Woodlands Grange as part of a Guide Dogs puppy raising conference with my guide dog puppy. The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate myself and my guide dog puppy. The rooms were clean and very well furnished. The facilities were excellent with drink stations around the hotel which offered a good range of drinks and was also well stocked with biscuits, cakes and sweet treats. The provided lunch was delicious and was an good choice of meal with an excellent salad bar. The finished dishes were cleared quickly and efficiently. Staff were polite and friendly but also very professional. I would definitely recommend."

"Visited for an event but didn't stay here so can't comment on the rooms. Eat once in the restaurant a la carte & the meal was average. Buffet dinners for those attending event was fairly bland, deserts better than main courses. Staff very helpful & friendly. Hotel very pleasant to be in, great for an event, extensive grounds, pleasant but not memorable, free tea, coffee & biscuits was good & readily available."
