V12 Retail Finance

"Absolutely Disgusted with these people my brother passed in November January 10th was my payment date I thought it was the 12th I called on the 11th and paid and apologized the lady was really nice asked was I ok to pay did I have enough food gas electric I explained about my brother and that it was a mistake she was fine then march or February I get emails about collections I ignored them as my other brother was in hospital with lung cancer we lost him on the 13th of March we have had emails about collections call you today to be told the "collection" was a £10 late fee from January we explained the situation and was asked if we wanted to pay now or wait for the direct debit no empathy nothing stay clear of them"

"Absolute joke I put information through to see if i could apply but the interest rate was crazy and didn't continue then they reported me to Cifas and now I have a marker to prevent me applying for any finance and now I have to get that removed. All because they are charging extortionate interest rates."

"This company should be banned. Total liars, they collect information and not giving any specific reason for declining applications. i don’t understand why retailers using this kind of compan."

"If this offered a 0 rating I would have applied that. Was told it’s a soft credit check when infact it isn’t and has an extremely negative impact on your credit report even when you never miss a single payment. Seems other general lenders aren’t fans of any V12 finance and will decline your credit applications after using this V12. I only used it to spread the cost of a small dental case and honestly wish I could go back and know how badly this affects peoples credit. Disgusting to say they call it a soft search."

"Have dealt with V12 on many occasions through financing purchases through retailers and never had a problem with them. There was one time I had to get V12 involved with a retailer that was refusing to give money back for faulty goods, and V12 handled the issue professionally and promptly and had my back all the way and stepped in and mediated and got my money back and ended the agreement. Customer service was always friendly and helpful and there online portal is helpful and actually works unlike other finance companies."
