"I thought I'd done this review already but it turns out it was for another party involved (they got a better one than they would have). As first time buyers, my fiance & I weren't sure exactly what we were doing & that time was quite stressful. This was a little over a year ago & I feel terrible that it's taken this long to write but maybe it was for good reason. Over the past year, my fiance & I have had various conversations with other property owners (mostly 1st time buyers) & now have a years worth of reflection to add. Gareth Tucker has been nothing short of a blessing. With us being 1st time buyers & quite uncertain of all that would be required, Gareth made sure we understood everything that was happening. Also looking back, Gareth was the (dear I say) perfect combination of personable & professional, having general conversation about life with quite a few good jokes in the mix was a great way to take our minds of the obvious stress that was happening.
