"The complete lack of comunciation from the staff at Doggy Dorchester is shocking. Would not recommend them if you're looking for a doggy daycare that does collection & drop-off. I signed my 8 month old puppy up for once per week daycare with collection & drop-off. Coming up to the first day, there was no communciation with regards to timings for collection & drop-off. Eventually, a had a call from a staff member saying that traffic was bad and they would be picking Beaux up at 11am (it was already past 10am when this call came through). I had to leave my pup and a key for them to be able to get into my flat - which is not something we had . At 5pm that day, I hadn't heard anything from them about drop-off and logged into my doggy camera at home to find that my puppy had been dropped off at 15:30 with no communciation at all. Upon letting the owner know that I was't happy with this, I was told "unfortunately someone has to be first and someone last"."
