"Brought my pride and joy to the vets to get his castration and a health check. To get him home and a lot of his hair cut off after being told he was matted. Well this is what I take him to his groomer for not the vets. All his hair gone basically off his tail. The thing that has topped it off now is he has fleas. Both of my cats are house cats and have never gone out and other animals don’t come in. There is only one place this could of happen and it’s the vets. I paid near £150 for my cats hair to be all chopped off not even asked and him to have fleas. Unfortunately won’t be using again as it’s a great disappointment as staff did seem nice. I’m now having to go paid extra money for my cats and house to cleaned for fleas"
