"I have been taking my dog Charlie to Battersea Medivet for 8 years now - initially recommended by a good friend. Miha is an exceptional vet, and a beautiful person, so caring and always giving 100% every visit. This level of care and professionalism reflect on the culture of the whole team who are always nice, accommodating & super helpful. It is such a great comfort to be able to rely on your vet and trust that they will look after your furry friend with love and much care. My experience over the years has always been a high standard of care, professionalism and understanding. I haven’t had a single “bad” experience, not once. Any time I’ve called in to ask for advice or anything at all, the team were prompt to advise, help or even get back to me the same day with the right information. There have been times I have non - intentionally missed an appointment, and was treated with nothing but kindness. No matter how busy the team are, I have never felt rushed, and any time I needed an emergency appointment, they would find the time for Charlie to be seen. Prompt and efficient at communicating, and always transparent with their fees, making sure you are well informed before any treatment takes place. I honestly don’t know what more a person could ask for, I feel so lucky and extremely grateful! It sincerely feels like home, and the staff like family. This is how they treat clients. I was amazed at how attentive and polite they all are. They even called to ask about our kitten now after it was really sick. I cannot thank the team enough for how they made us feel and the support they provided when we desperately needed it.
