"Rude receptionist. Tried to book an appointment but instead she was questioning me on why I hadn’t brought my pet in for a while and whether I’d been to another vet. I said yes and she replied with “well we are not taking on any new clients” If my pet is healthy surely that explains why I haven’t needed to bring him in?!"

"Prices gone up way to much, Im talking like 100 pound jump (the base dental treatment price was 100 pound now and now the base dental treatment price is 220 and they have now stopped opening on weekends which was there biggest mistake I think...They also take sometimes hours to answer the phone, no lie. So really gone downhill now, such a shame how good things never stay good."

"£50 to be kept waiting 30 mins after due appointment. Dismissive vet, in a hurry to get home. Doesn't give straight answers. Complete rip off."

"The receptionist is very rude when I attended I had to repeat multiple times if my pet name and the booking time she is young as well with glasses very rude after my appointment I had to get 7 day check up she then made assumptions it doesn’t have to be 7days and I held my words to stay with 7days absolutely rude and gave me dirty looks I have had other people serve me and they have been Amazing but she was so rude. I will only use these vets when I really need otherwise looking else where I only recommend them if you have no one where else to go"

"Brilliant diagnosticians, very thorough. My cat was treated very well and was pretty relaxed about the whole thing - sometimes he can be a bit nervous, but was fine and compliant. It needs another receptionist as they get busy, and the waiting area is small. But it is in a pet shop so owners bring their pets in all the time. But that is all minor, due to excellent service."
