Sophie explains the treatment required and allows discussion in order to decide on the best procedures for my dog. James is an amazing and experienced vet and I am happy to see both for my pet. "I must admit that I was always happy from this place until my cat got pretty much paralysed and I had to seek second opinion and it turned out that it was easy to recognises what’s wrong with him and what he needs. Unfortunately upon another conversation with this surgery I was ignored and never called back again. I refused very expensive CT scan that wasn’t even necessary but I was pushed to do one as I have insurance. When I said my insurance limit is £1 k and I already spent £700 so it won’t cover ct scan, that was it. My cat didn’t get any treatment that was needed."
