"First I was lucky to be seen cause I was registered 5 years before. You get charge for a visit of less than 10 minutes to tell you to get another appointment.Get there 15 minutes in advance to be seen an hour later with no animal in the lobby waiting for treatment and then again for another appointment pure waist of time. They get good wages founded by charity run like capitalist, profits based, stinks rotten apples who ruins it for everyone.worst have seen.I would like a surprise investigation to show the people."
"MONEY! MONEY! MONEY! The only thing this place cares about. It wasn't always like this. The care and safety of animals definitely used to be their priority and it showed in their actions/behaviour, but the last few years the vets/staff have definitely shown their real face. They don't care about animals anymore. They don't even pretend. MONEY! MONEY! MONEY! I don't get it. THEIR INNOCENT ANIMALS. RSPCA, YOUR SICK. I have a sneaky feeling the organisation taking over is going to be even more money orientated. Charities aren't charities anymore and haven't been for a really long time."
"Ridiculous. They wont even open there doors instead they leave people standing outside with there pets for hours. They left a note outside to ring the buzzer that they do not answer. They do not respond to emails other than asking for donations via direct debit or membership. They could not care less about peoples pets and aren't interested in listening to anybody who has an emergency. I now have to wait more days to see if I can get my rabbit seen because many vets are too busy and can't offer appointments soon enough. The RSPCA was my last hope for an emergency. I'm probably going to lose my rabbit because I'm running out of time. Its disgusting and not right that I can't get my rabbit seen too. Each hour is critical."
