"Useless and thieves - Don’t register your dog with them. They don’t provide many services but it is not the worse. I called asking information about a vaccination, they said they didn’t know if they provided that service. How they don’t know if they provide a service or not? They told us we should go to the store and ask in person to the nurse. We have a 6 months baby, my husband left us alone, stopped his work to go there to simply ask a question. At the end, they did not provide the service we were looking for, not even saw my dog and CHARGED FOR A CONSULTATION! This is theft!!!"

"To my surprise I was able to get an appointment the same day as I made the phone call. Previously it had been a 1-2 week wait. My only other criticism, in my experience, some of their vets when telling me of the treatment cost, they assume I’d opt for the “cheaper” treatment. Like they’re pre-judging me. Example, I’d be given the option of oral tablets. I’d ask if injecting is possible (as I know it is). The vet would say, “it’s more expensive, tablets are cheaper”. I’d ask for the injection, and once again I’m told it’s more expensive. I know and I don’t care!! — I want my pet to have the injection as it’s more convenient for me."

"They are amazing and worked very quick. Looked after my cat and also called when they saw she needed extra help before her surgery and confirming. Very thorough for her after care too"

"The only good thing about this vet was that I managed to get an emergency appointment on the day, and my cat isn’t registered under them. However, the vet that saw my kitten was lacking in compassion. This was “Dr. Agata”. She couldn’t handle my kitten by herself and asked one of us to hold him down whilst they checked his temperature and give him an injection. She didn’t handle him with much care like other vets. As a pet owner I expect vets to show that they care about their animal patients but Dr. Agata didn’t show that, which made me very sad :( I can say that I made a great mistake by going to this vet but this was emergency and I will never take my kitten there again. Not only that but my usual vet would administer worming tablets to my kitten themselves but Dr. Agata didn’t do that and she didn’t tell me how long my kittens other medication course should be. So yeh it just seemed like she didn’t want to be there as that was the energy she was giving off."

"First time here for puppy vaccinations poor experience to be honest handed flea and worming without being asked, told nor explained only to then find out at the end of it all that this was extra added onto my bill! I could have gotten it cheaper on shop floor and a couple of month doses instead of just one. Then they wonder why we won't be back my issue is not that I was charged but the whole hidden charges misleading and unfairness of not telling customers people don't then refuse the final payment because of the embarrassment and end up paying far more than initially told"
