"Great vet- Dominic - really cares about the animals and looks after my rescue cat Lily really well. He is always friendly and smiling. I would not take Lily anywhere else!"
"Highly recommend! I did a lot of research choosing a practice when I got my puppy and I could not be happier! My dog has been a patient for 2 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Each vet I've seen has been wonderful and full of knowledge and compassion."
"Excellent experience. First visit as new registered and considering that my little dog is very anxious, we had a very reassuring experience from the moment of registration. Very friendly receptionists and excellent customer care from Dominic the vet. He explained all the required tests and possible treatments with a very caring and compassionate approach. Highly recommended indeed. Update: after having major surgery, and few visits more for follow up, I couldn't recommend more this practice. Definitely I feel that my dog is on the best hands and they are all an amazing team. Totally recommended"
"My puppy loves coming to this vet surgery. Everyone is warm, gentle and highly professional. I get quick appointments, emergencies are treated with utmost importance and the care is fantastic. Highly recommend taking the care plans, it serves to be economical in the long run. And lastly the surgery is benefitted with lot of street parking ,so very comfortable to get my puppy for her treatments. 5 stars from a happy parent."
"I would previously recommend this surgery however now I urge people to avoid. It’s seriously gone down hill and since having a highly anxious dog I realise they really do not know how to deal with dogs - I don’t think muzzling and drugging a anxious dog is ideal in a reception area. Nala was very freaked out and was also left for 30-45 minutes after being sedated without being monitored by a professional even though her breathing had rapidly changed. I was also told to get a Brucella test, that it was mandatory and even though Nala was showing absolutely no signs of having brucella that I would have to find a new vets if I didn’t get it done. They also have given Nala steroids which has a side effect of making a dog nervous so this severely impacted Nalas nerves even more and on top of this they previously double jabbed Nala with her vaccinations as her history was not updated properly. Unprofessional and whenever receiving an apology it seems the response is that they have had a lot on/systems are down or someone has been sick so they may not have been as on point - these are slack excuses and need to take responsibility for their mistakes. Animals life’s are in their hands and they are truly incompetent - I have now wrote a formal complaint and everyone else who I’ve spoke to with similar experiences I have urged to do the same."
