"I don't write reviews, but I think finding vet can be really stressful. We went to highgate vet becuase of the reviews about the kindness of the staff and the fair prices. We do not live at all close, but it was important to me that the vet was independent. We were not disappointed. Unlike many other practices we called, they did not push any vacccines or services. They were absolutely so incredible and welcoming with our 10 week old puppy Basil. He even got a very stylish mug. We had a bit of scare with him, and Alan wrote us a very thorough and thoughtful email with advice on what to do the same day. I feel in really safe hands. Update: Out pup has gotten a couple of puppy sniffles and upset stomach issues and the team have been unbelievably kind and helpful with him. Truly fantastic!"
