"Have always had mixed reviews as some of the reception staff are lovely and helpful, but overall the business seems to be very money oriented and insincere. Majority of the vets I've seen here over the last few years here have been rude and unhelpful, except for one lady (who I think is actually the lead vet). I brought my dog in for epilsepsy and all the male vet kept saying was "I dont know how much to charge you for this" instead of caring for my dog at all. Then when I asked a few questions about the disease, all I got was "not sure" or "dont know" and he couldn't get me out of there fast enough. I got charged £50 for this because apparently it was a 'consulsation'? I tried to complain via email but no one got back to me on there and they wouldn't release any medicine until I paid it. I had to use a different vets over Christmas as I was in another city and I couldn't believe the difference in customer service, care and sincerity. They were so knowledgable, helpful and genuine, not to mention half the price. It really highlighted that I haven't been getting the service I deserve at Brockwell Park."
"I have been coming here with my pet over 10 years, although the vets do tend to rotate out every few years each vet is professional and very attentive. My last visit the Dr managed with some care and attention to extract some tarter which would otherwise have had to be removed under anaesthetic. They are always busy so advise to book in advance and be patient if your appointment is a little delayed. Half hour free parking rihht outside or good tranaport links help :)"
"Actually atrocious experience. Booked a second vaccination for our dog (breeder had done the first), so first experience with this vet. Called them up to book in the appointment. The receptionist told us we could have the second vaccination done 3 weeks after the first. This is not what our record sheet said (it said 4 weeks). I challenged this with the receptionist. No, she confirmed it could be done in 3 weeks. Turn up to the appointment. Vet administrating the vaccine said it was too early. It should be 4 weeks. Quite shocked we questioned this, explaining that's not what the receptionist had advised. The vet just started to laugh. Not quite the response we expected... Vet then said they would be happy to administer the vaccination but wouldn't guarantee it would work. Laughing the whole time. Frankly that's both negligent and terrifying. We haven't gone back and used a different vet. Keep well away."
"The staff here are so caring and I’ve always felt that they’ve had my pets’ best interests at heart during treatment. Jenny is always very clear about what she is doing, what treatments are recommended and why. Wouldn’t go anywhere else."
"Amazing vets. Went in today as an emergency with my 5month old puppy who had a stick lodged at top of mouth for seen straight away and kept me calm and relaxed including the dog. Thank you so much would highly recommend"
