"Lovely staff and have a lot of confidence with Tomaz my vet who is easy to talk to and really knowledgeable and lovely attitude toward my dog and myself. I would definitely recommend this veterinary practice and I’ve been going there for years"
"Amazing practice, Tomaz is a really helpful vet. Always respond to my emails. Highly recommend."
"You have not answered the phone, gmail for two weeks. Do you work???I'm not a fan of them at all. I pay monthly for the program for my cat, and separately if I go there I have to pay for everything (and it should all be free) but it's not.. So far not a single £ has been refunded.I want a quick answer how to contact you??? I have a few questions regarding the termination of our contract. I want to find better service else where!!!"
"Seems this vet practice are more interested in making money than helping treat animals. I called hp in hampden square to state that my dog had developed the same rash as previously , they told me the next appointment was Tuesday , four days later , I sent them an email with a photo showing the rash as told by the receptionist, a day later I chased to be told they had not received it so I re sent it whilst I was on the phone to them , oh here it is I was told , great , now the vet will look at this and call you she said, two days later I’m still waiting , for me it’s not about the money it’s about the service and care from these people , they have proven there is no service and they dont care , I have now registered my dog to another vet"
"Took my cat for an eye investigation. I was advised that the cost of an appointment would be £48, which I thought was fair. The vet's approach was professional, thorough, clear and friendly. However, I was dismayed at my final bill which turns out to be £117.18. On inspection, it would appear that the medicines are massively overpriced. My cat needed Exocin eye drops (5ml) for which I was charged £16.58, while it is available elsewhere (quick internet search at around £4). I was billed £27.51 for "viscotears liquid gel": cost £5.90....I treatment for fleas (one drop of piconate): £8.76. Why was I not given the choice of seeking for the medicines elsewhere, instead of pushing the items as if there were no alternatives...Not a good practice...by a long stretch."
