"If I could give them a 0 I would. Been going there for a while for my cats bladder issues. They just keep on “suggesting” different medicines and tests to get money out of you. I spend 600 for an ultrasound for them to tell me everything is fine and might need other tests!!! Went there two days ago asking for the same medicine my cat has been on and I know it’s helped her spotting…nope they charged me a 100 for different medicine I’ve never seen and now two days later my cat is worse and they’re telling book an emergency appointment and we will issue new medicine ?! What so I spend another couple hundred. Worst pet hospital/vets!!! Put a shame on the Goddard company name. They just want your money do not care for the pets health at all!!!!"

"I feel like they were a little superficial with my cat's heart murmurs, they were detected last year for the first time and then again this August, but they have always minimized and never urged further controls. My little one was euthanised this Wednesday due to sudden embolism and sever heart failure, she was only four. She had her last vet visit three weeks ago for vaccinations, I specifically asked for a further heart visit, it turned out to be a simple auscultation (pretty useless on cats that get so stressed out when taken to the vet, their hearts speed like crazy). I would have happily paid for an ultrasound or whatever needed to be done instead of a deadly injection and her cremation."

I still use them even though the MV branch is no longer my local surgery. I completely trust them. I particularly recommend Dr Giacomo Uva who has done the pets' check ups, tended on them when they have been unwell and also undertaken a surgical procedure under GA."
