My old cat has always hated the vet and normally tries to escape up the walls, but he talked quietly to her and she sat obediently on his examing table while he did various tests and gave her an injection. Great service and great advice which will certainly make it more likely that I would bring my cat back again in the future."
"I will never use this practice again . The vets are excellent but sadly the administration is appalling.They are are oversubscribed , keep you waiting when you arrive on time for appointments, throughout winter made you wait outside and take for ever to deal with insurance claims and charge extra for insurance handling. I have switched to a far more efficient and competent practice with equally competent and caring vets. Your response to my comment is typically unapologetic and the email you gave is non-existent."
