"Absolutely perfect! I literally could not have asked for more. Exceeded my expectations in every way. The host was so lovely and she really puts so much thought in to all the details. Lovely sized room with very comfy double beds and pillows, absolutely spotlessly clean. Fresh milk in the fridge, tea making facilities, lots of little extras, and amazing value. Very handy location for going to the NEC. Being so pleasently surprised really made our trip. I will definitely go back, and will recommended to everyone. Thanks Barncroft!"

"This is just the loveliest place to stay. I was visiting the NEC and it's easily accessible from there. My welcome was warm and friendly. The rooms were large, comfortable and very stylishly decorated. Towels were white and fluffy. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There were all sorts of milks available and gluten free cereals. I chose a cooked breakfast and everything was perfect. I'd 100% recommend staying here if you need accommodation for an NEC visit."

"Me and my partner stayed at Barncroft guest house last night and I couldn’t recommend it more!! The room was beautiful, big comfy bed, super clean, warm and spacious with everything we needed! The breakfast in the morning was amazing, so much to choose from and really tasty. Victoria was an excellent host and you can tell she goes above and beyond for her guest and making the house the best stay for you. "Barncroft Luxury Guest House is a hidden Gem! If your looking for somewhere to stay so you can go to the NEC or not, its perfect as its only around 10 minutes away from NEC. Your greeted by Vicky who makes you feel very welcome. The rooms are 5 star! You have everything you need and its all finished to a really high standard. Breakfast was amazing!, such a good selection and vegetarians are catered for. Overall I would rather be here than a 5 star hotel and it has free parking and a very reasonable price and i will be returning"
