"Came to the pharmacy to buy some aspirin, i explained the situation as to why I needed them and the staff were really helpful in explaining the science behind it and why I was advised by the doctor to take them. I was served really quickly and as I was going to pay, one of the staff members advised that they would be able to sort it out under minor ailments. Amazing."
"Poor performance, as usual, always expecting a long wait, and, sadly I'm never disappointed. They really need to review their performance strategies as they are quite lacklustre at the moment. I am saying this as a patient of another practice & user of a different pharmacy where I can honestly state that I never have the wait or mess around that I have at the Boothtown pharmacy. The problem lies in the fact that they have a catchment area & therefore don't feel the need to offer a great service and, wrongly, presume that any service will suffice no matter how low it is"

"I was recently in the boothtown branch, and overhead an assistant commenting on an overought father who was worried sick about his new born daughter who couldn't get the medication he needed. When he left the pharmacy, she said if he is that worried take her to hospital and get her on a drip. About as much sympathy as a gnat. Disgrace"
