"I rang the doctors this morning with a concern about a sore throat worried it might be strep, they said see the pharmacist. After ringing round 5 different chemists with no joy I decided to go to Rowlands. The pharmacist there was absolutely amazing he checked both myself and my daughter. Asked if we had any allergies or asthmatic then immediately went and found suitable medication for both of us. Said it wasn't strep but advised us what to look out for and had a lovely joke with my daughter. I felt so reassured and positive he was so lovely, fun and helpful, and professional as were all the staff. I can't thank them enough and would recommend Rowlands for anyone who needs advice, they are always so helpful and so busy but definitely went the extra mile today x"
