"Visited, yesterday. A man was stood, near the pharmacy, said asked if he could help. I explained what medication I was looking for, at which point, he just turned away and waved vaguely in the direction of a female colleague. He said "ask her". I did ask and the last was very helpful but, on the way out,I realised the man was a security guard! Why is this man standing at the pharmacy asking if he can help you? That is very worrying!"
