"Butlin Property Services run their business with a breathtaking incompetence and arrogance. I live in a ‘luxury’ apartment block which promised a lot when we purchased our apartment, but the reality is very different from the sales pitch. We were promised 24 hour security, but this hasn’t occurred and thefts are rife We have a broken window which has not been repaired for over a year. Lights in communal areas have not worked for ages. Hot water supply is temperamental. Nothing gets done unless we complain directly to the Landlord. I would advise anyone considering moving to an apartment run by BPS to go elsewhere for peace of mind."
