"Room window was not sealing when closed so could hear traffic but left luggage on handle which helped seal them and made quieter. Beware of this on ground floor rooms. Staff were really nice and helpful and right on the services so access to food was easy and convenient."
"It was booked through work, but not convenient as it was on the motorway. Not really the fault of the hotel, but if you don't have your own transport, there isn't a lot to do, and there were no transport links into Leicester etc The rooms were basic,but perfectly adequate. Clean and tidy, and plenty big enough. The staff were all very friendly and helpful I have no idea if this place was good value, as I didn't pay for it, so it's difficult to judge value for money, but all the takeaways and shops were massively over priced"
"We booked in for a night here after looking for a place for two adults and two children. It was the only place I could find with one double bed and two singles in one room. It was clean and tidy, albeit very simple. Others have complained about the rooms being too warm and too noisy from the truck park. However, we were on the ground floor looking on to the truck park and didn’t find the noise too bad. It was a little warm, but with the window open and the fan on, it was manageable. All in all, it’s a perfectly reasonable place to stay for the night."
