The Groom Room Thamesmead

"I've used the groom room a few times for my Welsh Corgi, anyone who knows Corgies knows that they have a double coat and even with brushing they still lose a LOT of hair. The groom room did a great job of removing a huge amount of Ted's winter coat. He came back with a very shiny and healthy looking coat and he smelled great. He has no concerns whenever we come to the groom room, his tail is up, he's always happy to see the staff. When I came to pick him up, apart from the hairnado he had created he was in great spirits. As long as they keep up this customer care I will continue to use them!"

"I had two of my Shih tzus booked in. One for a full groom and the other for a puppy groom. 1st dog was groomed by Claire for the full body groom. Claire listened and followed every specific instruction I gave. My Chloe was beautifully done and looks perfect. 2nd dog was groomed by Jay. NONE of my instructions and preferences were followed. Hair which I was letting grow out on my dogs face was cut off low to her skin when I asked over and over not to touch that part as it was long enough to tie up with us how I had it when I showed up for my appointment . Now I will have to start growing that part again which means leaving her to look messy until it’s long enough to tie back. Her nails I requested the thumbs be done as well and not to be left out as they were curling over but they were left out and still curling over digging into her. So now I have to go back to have this sorted tomorrow. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I called to complain about my 2nd dog and was offered 25% off both dogs full grooms next time. Going forward I will only be booking in with Claire only!!!"

"Never ordering again, expensive I can undersand, but when you take the morning off waiting for your delivery, ( which has been emailed over and over the last 2 days , letting me now that my order is coming ),and then you only get one item out of ten ,it's frustrating, that no one took the time to send me a email, out of 10 emails they sent me already, to say I need the hole day off not just the morning to wait for it ,it comes separately, you only important when you paying the cash ,"
