"I was after a moderately special office chair (I'm 6'5" and struggle badly on standard stuff) at pretty short notice after a slightly disastrous start to home working and was actually able to leave with something suitable! These guys had a good selection on site and a great catalogue if you're after something even more special. Friendly & helpful staff."

"Appalling! I would NEVER recommend this company. I ordered some furniture for a new office. The website said delivery was 3-5 working days. I didn't receive any confirmation e-mail only the WorldPay receipt. Still nothing after 1 week so I sent an e-mail and was told order on track but it wasn't because it shoudl have been delivered by then! After another week I called up and spoke to Karen. I explained that I was paying rent for a room I couldn't use as I had no furniture and I had received no communications from them unless I instigated it. Karen's attitude was that she really couldn't care less. I explained that I had someone ready to assemble the furniture 2 weeks ago and they were not available now and again she really couldn't care. Her attitude was "like it or lump it". I said that another company woudl have offered me compensation but she deliberately skirted around that. Eventually I said that my gut instinct was to cancel and go somewhere else but Karen tried to persuade me to go ahead but didn't offer me any incentive to do so. So I said that I would go ahead if they assembled it free of charge as a gesture of good will for the inconvenience and monetary loss I had but she just said that wasn't their poicy to do things for free. I cancelled the order and got exactly the same stuff, cheaper from another company who delivered next day. I am refitting my main offices next year. Guess who won't be getting that job!! No "customer sevice" at all. If I could give zero stars I would."
"I looked at several companies before buying an office chair from here. The selecting was good as was the price & service. Unfortunately the chair was faulty but they quickly sent me a replacement so service doesn’t come any better than this. Highly recommended"
