"Every time I visit this DFS store, the service is exemplary - all of the staff are friendly, helpful, attentive and customer centric. We were looked after by an extremely special member of staff called Omar who took his time to run through all of the sofas we liked and really help us to find the right one. Omar was friendly, polite, courteous, caring and interested and a breath of fresh air - however this is always the experience that we have at DFS in Fosse Park. Hits, who is the line manager of Omar and the other sales guys (I believe), is such a nice and welcoming guy who welcomed us and then handed us over to Omar. We were only browsing today however ended up purchasing a sofa because we loved it (and this was helped by the amazing customer service). Keep up the fantastic work - with such staff you will always do well. Fantastic!"

"Staff chatting together. About other staff lying to customers. Took my liked s sofa which was 5000 pounds. I then went next door and saved 2000 pounds on a excellent sofa.Not impressed with staff so I voted with my feet."
"Disgusting customer service. One week before delivery have been informed that there is a delay. Called last week and was informed the sofas would be arriving on time. So we chucked out our old sofas. With my wife being 7months pregnant they couldn’t care less and the advisor on the phone was happy to accept my wife to sit on the floor. The advisor also would not put me through to a manager to speak to as they were busy doing other things. No explanation on why the sofas were late, or when they will become available. Very rude, no customer service and was happy for me to cancel my order. So I will and spent my 8k elsewhere."
