"I have moved house so to date I had two sofas made by Mr Bott. I have tried to go elsewhere and browse other suppliers with my 2nd sofa but couldn’t settle after having my 1st sofa made by Mr Bott. The quality and the detail is just superb. Mr Bott is very friendly and, I must say, has the patience of a saint! He will work with your ideas and suggest all possible options and maybe even go beyond those but at the end you will have desired outcome. Update: 2 years later the sofa doesn’t hold its appearance regardless of the regular cushions turn over. Material still looks good but the foam inside is not sufficient to bounce back. My 1st sofa looked great after many years but I did go for a different type of fabric which might have gelled better with the foam/ cushions within. Such a shame:("

"We first had a three piece suite made by Mr Bott twenty years or more ago to replace factory build furniture that had lasted only a few years before falling apart. He spent a lot of time helping us choose both the style of the suite and fabric used on that occasion. Beyond any anticipated expert advice, to our surprise, he also talked about variations in the design and build to suit the chairs to our individual heights. This was something we had not even considered possible. Mr Bott built handmade chairs that suited us perfectly.
