"After trying to order a tulip table from a few other companies (which proved to be strangely complicated and frustrating), I ordered from Fusion Living. Not only was their customer service friendly, prompt and accommodating, everything they promised was delivered EXACTLY as promised. The delivery team of three were right on time, absolutely professional and were in and out (after assembling the table and removing the packaging) within ten mins. As for the table itself, the price is great and so is the table. In fact, it’s actually nicer than the image on the website. That’s a first! Totally delighted. (Now I have to find new chairs.) The only fault I can find (and this really isn’t a fault) is I wished they carried more of a variety of furniture. I say this simply because if they did, I’d order everything from them. I only want to deal with them. Cannot say enough good things about this fabulous company."

"Item arrived clearly used, and in a dirty condition, and smelt awful. I cleaned it up, and was happy to accept it providing a reasonable discount was given...I would rather this than have to source packaging, and further my carbon foot print by returning it. I was offered £30, off a £160 lamp. The item was in a clearly used condition, and it is no way acceptable to expect someone to pay £130 for it. They then offered a full refund provided I return it in the original packaging, which they knew I didn't have, as I stated that with my initial correspondence. It seems this has happened to a few people, from reading the reviews, makes me wonder if they are selling graded products as used. In any case I would have been writing a positive review, had we been able to come to a reasonable agreement on a partial refund. I asked for £50 off, which I think makes £100 for a badly used lamp a more than fair price. As a follow up to the below, Fusion living have not contacted me as they said they would. So in conclusion I had a lamp which was used, in a terrible condition, which I couldn't send back (due to the lack of packaging), and now have not had any partial refund. I recommend this company is AVOIDED. I don't usually feel the need to leave reviews, but this order has been handled terribly, for the sake of £25, for a lamp that they wouldn't even be able to sell in the condition it is in."

"Can't fault the service received with Fusion Living, purchased a beautiful velvet chair and I was not disappointed! From purchase I was kept in the loop constantly about delivery updates by the customer service team and they couldn't have been more helpful when I needed to change my delivery date. When I received my chair it was easy to assemble, and the quality is amazing! Chair matches the image on the website. Couldn't fault my experience, will 100% be shopping here again!"

"Ordered a single dining chair with a view to purchasing more. Arrived without instructions however they did supply via email on request. Had a bit of a problem as they initially refused to honour a 10% discount code which was supplied as a thank you for my initial order. This was due to the fact that the chairs had since gone into a sale. Frustrated, I decided to cancel and pursue a return for the original chair. Only a few minutes later I received a call from a lovely customer service advisor, Helen. She had proactively spoken with her manager and they agreed to honour the discount. Fantastic customer service and a great outcome to what could have been a very disappointing experience. The chair is lovely as well, good design and construction and looks great in the space. Would happily recommend!"

"We recently bought a Grey Polo Chair from Fusion Living to go at the desk in our playroom. We are really pleased with the chair its functional and looks very contemporary. The service that we received from Fusion Living was second to none and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again - in fact I have my eye on some lights for our hall, stairs and landing!
