"I book my dog’s grooming appointments months in advance. Last time I came, they said they cancelled the appointment, but they did not call or text me to let me know. I was patient and rebooked it. Again I went for an appointment I booked months ago. Again, it was cancelled without informing me by phone or by text. The staff smirked at me saying that it’s cancelled, when I asked her why I wasn’t informed she said that they called and texted, but they obviously did not. If they are unable to communicate something as simple as cancelling an appointment, there is no way I would trust my dog with them ever again. I can’t trust that they will call me or contact me in any way if needed during the grooming. Never going back there again."

"Took my dog there for the first time today. Incredibly friendly and he had a great time and came out looking and smelling good. The staff member (Sean) was careful not to make him anxious and was an all round lovely guy. I will definitely use them again. Bit of a process booking online the first time, and then having to leave a deposit over the phone, but looks like it should be much simpler going forward and there are loyalty discounts. Similar pricing to other groomers in the area. On first experience, definitely recommend"
