"I’m very disappointed I just don’t understand why is this keep happening.. I always explain how my dog hair needs to be cut.. I pay for two groomers but still very disappointed at the end... my dog is very sensitive when it comes to her look she feels uncomfortable with less hair I told this to the lady who called me yesterday. One of the worst place to go to and I was not expecting this from pets at home Very disappointed!"

"This must been the worse place on earth to take your dog. The staff is the most rude, unprofessional and disrespectful i’ve ever experienced."

"The staff are extremely lovely other than the manager carly who is extremely unprofessional and arrogant and displays very poor customer service!! . I will advise Any one who is thinking of taking their dog to old Kent room groom room to do your homework first as this was a very poor and challenging experience for me ."

"Update: Our dog is now at the vets undergoing a skin issue thanks to the effects of this place. The vets are not sure if it’s the products they used (as we don’t) or if the cages they keep the dogs are cleaned between uses. Either case this place is a disgrace as others have said, will effect your pets health. 30 minutes waiting for our appointment, they had no idea different dogs temperaments and put a dog that disliked other dogs at the front that would snarl at others creating unease. We stated our dog was having his first treatment and upon picking up one of the women were extraordinarily rude stating our dog was not “Allowed back” as he howled during his nail clipping. Something we heard every dog doing upon arrival. Really bad service for not a low price."

"Groomers are extremely unprofessional and rude. They cancelled our appointment without telling us and now won’t even answer the phone to reschedule. (Bare in mind we waited 2 months already for this appointment). Our original appointment was supposed to be 3 weeks ago and the groomer I was speaking with said she would ring me and reschedule an appointment for the following day as I had just travelled an hour with my dog for this original appointment. No word since and I’ve tried ringing both the groom room and pets at home over 20+times. And on top of it all the groomers were extremely rude and stand off-ish. Would make me not want to bring my dog there!!"
