I have needed an emergency appointment twice in all the years and both times they got me and seen quickly! Can’t recommend this practice enough. "I recently had an appointment through emergency dentist and was very nervous about going. I couldn't have been supported more by everyone I came into contact with there. The receptionist saw I was nervous and made sure I was okay to wait before being seen by the dentist rob. Him and his nurse were very kind and understood the nerves and made the whole experience easy and worry free! When leaving the receptionist made sure to ask if I was okay on my own which just felt like a real nice touch."

"Really disappointed in my recent experience with this dental practise. I don't even know what to say, I don't even feel like using this practise anymore. Recently I rung to book an appointment and there is a new lady receptionist who is extremely rude in the way she speaks. Don't like her attitude at all. I am somebody who has been a patient for probably 2 decades easy and have never had a problem. However this new middle aged lady they have employed to front the Reception desk is nowhere near the lovely receptionists they used to have. There is a clear difference in professionalism and attitude. She needs training in professional etiquette. You can't speak to people like that. I was shocked by the way I was spoken to and if it happens again I will be filing a formal complaint."
