Appointment and then just slammed the phone down ..it was the most unprofessional call I have ever heard, I am Sure the calls are recorded may be someone should listen to it and train the staff it a better level of professionalism."

"I called the dentist for an emergency appointment at 9.30 am as I don't have a registered dentist ( I don't like dentists). Got a cancellation for 10am. The dentist I saw ( Laura Ebbage)was amazing she thoroughly explained what was going to happen made me feel at ease and her assistant was great too( Alisha). They treated me there and then no waiting around and I was so relaxed even though I was having 3 fillings."
