"Shockingly difficult to make an appointment here, you'll be left in a queue being number 1 in line for 30 mins and then you'll get sent to a voicemail. This has happened multiple times and when you leave a voicemail for a callback, as expected nobody calls you back. Have managed to get through twice in a week only to be told there are no appointments on the day each time and would be unable to make an appointment for another day, even though I called through as soon as they opened at 9am"
"Don’t usually write reviews but the receptionist service is horrendous the phone will cut you off after waiting 25+ mins to be answered and the staff on the phone are rude. Spoke to a receptionist over the phone a few days ago about pain and didn’t seem bothered and called up today again and apparently it’s acceptable to go a full week without sleep due to tooth pain and can’t have my appointment bought forward. The dentists are great when you see them but the receptionists 1*/5*. Very very disappointed."
