"Again, another awful experience at Lloyd’s greenway. Given the wrong prescription, went to collect the right one, charged again and spoken to like to and treated like rubbish. Shocking. It doesn’t deserve the 1 star I’ve been forced to award it. 0 stars."

"Absolutely worst, short staffed and rude. I have been coming for a same prescription from a month and they still don't have a clue. All they do is to ask me to come again and not even keep a record of it. Avoid it at all costs."

"Extremely dissatisfied with this service at the moment I understand that they are shortstaffed but I have been trying to phone my prescription for my anti stroke Medication for three weeks. Only when I run out did I find a time as I’m working seven days a week to come up and order the Prescription over the counter , I asked politely if I could have this put through straight away I will come back in two hours only to be told that wasn’t possible And I suddenly have to order it through my doctor. I politely raised the point that they should maybe prioritise answering the phone so they communicate to their customers and possibly even more vulnerable Than myself ie elderly/iMobile , I think people would be more happy to wait in a queue in the shop for 10 /15/20 minutes If they were receiving their prescription medications that they needed rather than be told that they can’t do it when you have tried everything within your power to get through to them . I’m now two days out of my medication and this is the fault of the management of this facility not the staff."

"Don't normally do bad reviews but today's experience was absolutely awful. Over 45 mins in the queue waiting for service, only to be told that the prescription I was told would be ready, was infact not ready, and to make matters worse, they only had half the order. 5 customers in front of me all had the same issues. I know it's not only the staff on sites fault, but staffing levels are always too low here."

"The staff are amazing but seriously over worked! The phone never stopped ringing the whole time I was there, and yet not once did any member of staff rush any one who needed help or advice. I’m absolutely sure that there no way they are being paid what they are worth."
