"Really poor service - trying to arrange a delivery of medications which was due over a week ago. I missed the original delivery because the driver didin't wait long enough for me to get to the door. I've tried every day since to contact them but the phone is either engaged or rings out until the answerphone comes on but you cannot leave a message. I've no idea what to do next. 12 months on. My injections are overdue and I'm waiting for delivery, I waited in all day on friday and today (monday) no show. Tried calling, no one answers. Really bad service"
"Been coming here for my prescriptions for over 3 years. Absolute nightmare. Today was the worst. Was told an hour wait for my prescription to be done... 2 hours 10 minutes later until it was finally ready. Alot of people there who were waiting were getting very impatient, and I couldn't blame them. When prescription is ready, youre waiting at the collection window for a while before someone even comes to see you. Very slow service, lack of communication. Hate going there."

PLEASE check your prescription from your specialist carefully and make absolutely certain that it matches what this pharmacy gives you. "Truly useless in every way. I would rather collect my meds from the 7th circle of Hell than go here again. Sadly due to BRI restrictions I have to collect them from here every month. Queues out the door, they have lost my medication on two occasions and had to reorder it and generally rude. Don't have your meds sent here if you have any alternative."
