Lavender Hill Day Nursery

"This nursery used to be good, then new managers took over, the manager Maria is the most rudest nursery manager i have ever met. Her customer service skills is appalling, from the time i met her it have been hard work dealing with her. She doesn't answer my emails and partner email at times, she have took her time to answer emails. I do find them rude at times with response. We only have one child so not experience with the old funding system, they make there invoicing so complicated. And don't seem interested in simplifying it for new parent. The staffs was lovely but these new managers acts as if they are doing you a favour. At the end i hated the experience so much i took my daughter from that nursery a place her with Lindell 2 mins away. Now my daughter is doing well. Great managers spend time to explain their billing system. Answer email within the day or next just lovely bunch of people. Do your research before using this nursery be careful i had the most difficult time dealing with them. I find them incredibly rude and when you are spending so much money you need a good bunch of people to look after your child and help you during the process. It is outrageous that when there are so many nursery out there you should put up with managers hanging up the phone on you, and not responding to your emails Gabriella"

"Amazing staff and management. I’m very happy we picked this nursery for our son. Great outdoor space with anytime access for all the kids and they do great activities. Thank you Sue, Theresa and all the other staff in the baby room and Maria for doing so well with the management."
