"I've let my property through Anthony James & Co. ever since I acquired it back in 1997 and have been extremely happy with their service during these past 24 years! I recently needed to get a loan against the property which required lots of paperwork and a number of inspections due to the fact it was an HMO. I live in Thailand and would have been at a complete loss without the help of Jason, the manger there. He has been absolutely brilliant and helped me get everything the bank needed in record time. I highly recommend Anthony James & Co. and am happy to have them continue to manage my property going forward."

"Rented with Antjam for two years as a student and they are great! I was always able to reach them by email or phone. They are so friendly and have gone above and beyond to fix some issues we had (including retrieving things from the flat after move out and adjusting our inventory during quarantine so we could leave things in the flat). Their maintenance service is also really efficient. There were hiccups But these were easily resolved once we reached out to them. Aside from that, they are very reasonable and easy to rent with, no hidden costs and straightforward tenancy agreements. Would definitely recommend!"

"Our experience with AntJam has been positive and a significant improvement over our previous agency (Flatline). Major issues tend to be handled quickly and we are given appropriate warning before contractors are sent to our property (again a significant improvement over Flatline). The staff are friendly and helpful. We haven't yet gone through the moving out process and as such I'm not yet sure how the deposit will be handled. Our bills are also included in the rent and therefore we won't know until we move out whether that is a painless experience. Edit: we have now moved out and it was an easy procedure. We received our deposit back in full. If you're planning to rent with AntJam be aware it will be your responsibility to show people around when the property is in the market, I've actually found this preferable to an agency staff member letting themselves in but you may not. Overall I would recommend signing with AntJam, our interactions with them are always positive and the property is in a decent condition."

"I have just moved out of one of Anthony James' properties and honestly can't fault them. I too shared a flat with "sharers" and it's been a great year. When I was looking into accommodation this time last year, the ladies at Ant Jam took the time to match me with the appropriate tenants. I have lived in shared accommodation in the past where they simply throw you together - not here. They really made sure we would all get on, and set up for us to get together before signing the T.A. The flat was professionally cleaned when I moved in - in fact, the cleaners were still armed with their mop and bucket when we came to move in!! Any maintenance we have had throughout the year was dealt with within the week, and they came round in winter time to assess the flat and see if we had any issues. I am pleased to say I received my deposit back in full last week - thanks Ant Jam for a great year. I will certainly recommend you to all my friends. Friendly, efficient and professional.
